Approach

A continuous diffusing skylight strip becomes the wayfinding spine; retail frontages are pulled back behind a consistent datum line. All new services ride above a floating ceiling modelled bay by bay.

Outcome

Passenger-satisfaction scores for the concourse rose double digits after reopening.
