Structure topping out; facade starts next quarter.
Approach
The composite frame alternates steel erection and deck pours in a three-day cycle per floor. Fabrication ran straight from the reviewed Tekla model — no shop-drawing round-trips.
So far
Frame tolerance surveys are tracking within 60% of the allowable envelope on every level surveyed.
